We're at 35252 County Road 13, Elizabeth, CO 80107 — approximately 45 minutes southeast of downtown Denver via Highway 86.
It's an outdoor gravel lot — fenced, gated, and with numbered spaces. Clean, level, and well-drained.

Yes. We operate year-round. Gate access is available 6am – 9pm MT, 7 days a week.
Storage Options
We have four space sizes: 12×30, 12×40, 12×45, and 12×50 ft. Smaller spaces fit travel trailers, boats, and mid-size motorhomes. The 12×45 and 12×50 spaces fit Class A motorhomes, 5th wheels, toy haulers, and other oversized vehicles.
It's a gravel lot — not paved, but clean, level, and well-drained. Great for all standard RV and trailer storage.
Each leased space is for one vehicle. If you have multiple vehicles, you can reserve additional spaces (subject to availability).
Not at this time. All spaces are open-air outdoor storage. We may add covered options in the future.
Access & Security
The lot has a single gated entry. You'll receive a personal gate code when your lease is signed. Just punch in your code and the gate opens.
Gate access is available 6am – 9pm MT, 7 days a week. You use your personal gate code — no need to call ahead.
The entire property is fenced with a gated entry controlled by individual codes. There is also an on-site camera for basic monitoring.

Pricing & Leases
We have four space sizes: 12 × 30 Unit at $85/mo, 12 × 40 Unit at $105/mo, 12 × 45 Unit at $125/mo, 12 × 50 Unit at $125/mo. All month-to-month, no long-term contracts. Visit our Rates page for full details.
Yes — all leases are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days written notice at any time.
Yes. A refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at move-in. Fully refundable when you move out in good standing.
We'll accept credit/debit card payments via auto-pay. Details will be provided at lease signing.
