Deposit & Lease Policy
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit equal to one month's rent is collected at move-in alongside your first month's payment. The deposit is returned after you vacate and provide 30 days' written notice.
Month-to-Month Lease
All leases are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel by giving 30 days' notice at any time — no penalty, no hassle.
Auto-Pay
Monthly rent is billed automatically to the credit or debit card on file through our secure online portal. You can update your payment method any time.

The lot has a single gated entry with keypad access. Your personal code is activated the day your lease starts. The gate operates 7 days a week, 6:00 am – 9:00 pm MT.
